CalendarsPro ("we", "our", or "us") provides a cloud-based booking management platform that enables businesses to manage appointments, schedules, staff, and client bookings ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

4. Booking Policies

As a booking management platform, CalendarsPro facilitates scheduling between businesses and their clients. The following policies apply:

Businesses are responsible for setting their own availability, services, and pricing
Businesses are responsible for honoring confirmed bookings made through the platform
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by each business individually
CalendarsPro is not a party to the agreement between businesses and their clients
We do not guarantee the availability or quality of services offered by businesses

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CalendarsPro and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as business information and booking data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your subscription plan. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalendarsPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Loss of data or data breaches beyond our reasonable control
Missed or incorrectly scheduled bookings
Service interruptions or downtime
Actions or omissions of third parties using the platform

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period (30 days) after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CalendarsPro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
